Mikhail is the Chancellor for the Department of Social Security. He likes coming off as approachable and well put-together, unlike some other Chancellors. He has a tendency to be humble and not brag about himself or his capabilities.

Backstory

Growing up, Mikhail was taught by umbrellataste of keeping order through discussion and peace. Not wanting to be outdone, Happyzette started teaching Mikhail her values, that being that action should always come before thought, aswell. As a result, Mikhail began to hold both philosophies to heart.

Appearance

Pinkish skin with a darker hue color for his well-combed hair. Wears tailored suits with a big smile.
