Oftentimes responds and gives out orders in 2 word sentences, only elaborating if someone asks. Indifferent to the opinions of others, he oftentimes takes time out of his day to help out with building houses.

Backstory

1347 was appointed as Chancellor by the Aristocracy as part of their initiative to expand the government. He was chosen by rexbob by chance after the other Aristocrats urged them to pick department heads for their new government bodies.

Light moss skin color with his name imprinted onto his chest. Under his name reads 'HELLO!'. Permanent sideways face.
