Norms
Friendship is encouraged and being polite in Peaceatian society is expected. Since most babies randomly spawn, children are communally raised without a personal guardian. Raising children is seen as a duty all adults must take on, from feeding to putting to bed. Younger Peaceatians are given more and more independence as they grow older while being guided by a mentor.
Children
Children are taught to respect others, but this is easier said than done because of their condescending nature. Over time though, they become more peaceful. Youth debate clubs are commonly set up where members gather outside and hold structured debates to challenge eachother constructively instead of with arrogance. Adult Peaceatians respond calmly to the biting, harsh words of younger Peaceatians.
Fights
Fights and disagreements are rare, but are resolved as both parties are encouraged to write short reflections on why their argument was wrong and why the other party was correct.
Jobs
Since Peaceatians are immortal, they find purpose through exploration. Venturing out into the plain, hauling back resources to the main city, drinking wine or setting out camp deep into the grassy hillside is common. A long-term career is not really a thing, since Peaceatians frequently do whatever they want. Having a job is encouraged, but not enforced. Work is structured into cycles of voluntary service, where citizens rotate through different types of jobs. This method of working was kickstarted by Cassie. Work is tied to amusement and a national sense of responsibility instead of actual necessity. Despite this, boredom is inevitable and a major issue many face in later stages of their life.
Resources
Citizens who find resources by themselves are allowed to keep them, however they can choose to voluntarily give them to the National Bank. There, their resources will be stored in a communal pool where anyone can add onto or take from. In their words, "We just want to give back to the people."
Romance
Romance is basically unheard of in Peaceatian society and a romantic relationship between two Peaceatians is outlandish if not impossible. They don't feel any kind of romantic attraction, including any sort of long-lasting attachment. Friendship culture is strong and citizens oftentimes give eachother small gifts just because they're friends. They don't do it because they feel affection for their friends, but rather because it's the nice thing to do.
The Ideal Life
The ideal Peaceatian life is being truly content with your current state of existence. Feeling fulfilled and happy is integral to Peaceatian ideals, and accepting the fact that you'll never see an end to your life. Engage with others, discover and doing something meaningful are all things that the ideal Peaceatian should always try to be doing. Not just that, but acknowledging you're a part of something greater than you as an individual. Existence is, in Peaceatian eyes, a journey and not a destination.
