The Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar of Peaceat is an underground building that houses the national stash of wine. It was founded in -20 after Happyzette discovered wine, a national Peaceatian delicacy. It was built communally by the Aristocracy and Cassie. It can be entered through a hatch on the above ground. It's publically open for anyone to take/store wine.

History

Happyzette was take advantage of her new discovery of wine and took the initiative to expand wine production. She, with the help from others, started construction on a cellar under the middle of the Capital where anyone would be able to take wine from or store wine in. With the new abundance of wine, it came to become associated with prosperity and pleasure.
