Vemon is the Chancellor of the Department of Research and Innovation. She's tasked with leading research and innovation in the country. She has a habit of muttering to herself and taking risks even when the odds of success aren't in her favour, she also highly looks up to umbrellataste.

Backstory

She spent her early childhood crafting things by herself, trying (and failing) to replicate basic tools the adults had created during the early periods of Peaceat. But, with some finetuning from umbrellataste, she started to improve. And, with trial and error, was able to make tools on her own at the age of 6, long before any of her peers were able to do so by themselves.

Appearance

She almost always has heavy bags under her eyes, probably because she spends all day coming up with new ideas and no time sleeping. She has light purplish skin with lavender hair and a zipped-up labcoat.
