Placard is the first citizen and Aristocrat of Peaceat and has, after a couple of weeks of Peaceat's existence, let go of his position as Supreme Leader and handed it over to out_7. Has a more relaxed outlook on leadership compared to the other Aristocrats, focusing more on the little things happening in the country. You'll be more likely to see him chase sheep than try to figure out what to do with the giant stockpile of wood. Because of this, Peaceatian society sees him as an Aristocrat more integrated into daily life, unlike the others.

Backstory

Placard awoke, not sure where he was, who he was, or why he was there. All he knew was that his name was Placard. In his isolation, he started to gather materials for what would later become the Palace. After a few days of hard work, another person appeared out of seemingly thin air, just like him. She called herself Happyzette, and after some talking they thought it would be a fun idea to start a country.

Appearance

Fair skin, mostly seen with a pot on his head to cover his bald head

Relationships

Amelia - Sees Amelia as someone who takes everything to heart, appreciates when she opens up more.

Happyzette - Thinks she takes her role way too seriously, finds her attitude troubling.

out_7 - Appreciates out_7 for taking up the role of leader after he didin't feel like it anymore.

rexbob - Doesn't judge rexbob too much as he thinks they're essential for the existence of Peaceat, though finds his detached attitude a bit jarring.

umbrellataste - Finds his dedication to his work a bit too much, but appreciates his presence regardless.
